Lauren is unusually attuned and sensitive with her presence and touch. I was surprised how much my body opened and processed with her. She is very good at listening to people’s bodies: at knowing when to help me breathe and ground, when to stay with the fire, when to slow down and when to focus. I think some of that is her native aptitudes and some of it is her many years of experience as a Bodyworker, Craniosacral practitioner, and a person who listens to her own pelvis in a healthy way.
